You may upload digital images to our websites yourself or you can send the images to us by email for uploading to our websites. In either event images uploaded to our websites must be digital images in JPEG or PDF format. For further guidance and information on images and uploading please contact us via email or via phone.

Turnaround times listed on our websites are based on averages and are therefore liable to vary slightly during peak periods. Unfortunately we cannot accept responsibility for delays by the Royal Mail. However, if a week after the published estimated order times above your goods have not been received we will re-print and resend at no cost. Longer periods apply for international destinations.
Complaints or claims must be notified to us within 28 days of receipt of products, or in the case of non-delivery, in a reasonable time after the products were expected to arrive.
If you wish to cancel your order you must notify us either via phone or email within 12 hours of the order being placed, failure to do so will result in the order being processed as normal and can not be cancelled.
